Position Information
Under the direction of the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Compliance Services, the Compliance Coordinator provides support in the areas of rules, education, initial and continuing eligibility, financial aid, personnel, recruiting, practice and playing seasons, and the self-reporting process. The incumbent will communicate with coaches, student-athletes, and staff to ensure compliance with all NCAA requirements; collaborate with student services departments and other campus partners; stay informed and up-to-date on all changes and updates to NCAA rules and regulations; and maintain accurate and detailed records of all compliance activities. The full salary range for the Compliance Coordinator is $51,600.00 - $87,000.00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.
