Position: Compliance and Student-Athlete Services Graduate Assistant
Compensation: $12,000 annual stipend plus 18 credits per academic year
Reports to: Sara Richwine, Senior Associate Athletics Director, Compliance & Governance
General position summary : Serve as a member of the compliance staff. This individual is expected to exhibit high integrity, confidentiality and ethical behavior in accordance to NCAA, Conference and Institutional rules.
The position is renewable for a second year by mutual agreement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree and acceptance into a Fairfield University graduate program. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and proficiency with NCAA databases and recruiting software; Previous NCAA compliance/student services experience.
This position is based at Fairfield University’s Fairfield, CT campus and is not eligible for immigration assistance.
