Job Summary:

Support for entire Athletic Department Technology as well as supporting events for all IT equipment. Athletics department server support. Implement technology projects. Provide Desk-side support. Coordinate PCI compliance for department.Due to communication expectations of the position, the incumbent will be required to maintain a cellular or other electronic communication device. The incumbent's salary includes compensation to apply toward the use of their personal cellular device.Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and one year of related experience. OR High School/GED and six years of related experience with the requirement to receive a bachelor’s degree within six years of hire. Must possess a valid driver’s license for travel between sites. A+, Net + Work with a wide variety of computer brands, printers and software products. General knowledge of communications and LAN protocols, consistent troubleshooting techniques, and equipment. Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software and the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide variety of computer related problems both hardware and software related.
