Position Summary:
The Content Creator/Video Producer will serve as a key member of Campbell University’s creative team, with a primary focus on athletics and a secondary responsibility supporting institutional marketing initiatives.
This position is responsible for producing engaging visual and digital content that elevates the Campbell brand, enhances the fan and student experience, and supports University-wide enrollment and awareness initiatives.
Working collaboratively with athletics marketing, communications, and the University’s Office of Communications and Marketing, this role will bring Campbell’s story to life through creative visuals, social media, and digital campaigns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Creative Content (Athletics Priority):
Assist the director to develop and execute creative content strategies to promote all 21 Division I athletic programs, student-athletes, and events across all platforms (social, digital, in-venue).Produce high-quality graphics, videos, and digital assets that align with the Athletics brand identity and enhance fan engagement.
Support game day and event coverage through dynamic content creation
Collaborate with athletics marketing and communications teams to develop campaigns that drive attendance, revenue generation, and brand recognition.
Assist in production and execution of Campbell’s FloSports Broadcasts.
Schedule, shoot, and produce all sports highlight videos during the year and for the end-of-year banquet; as well as promotional activities.
Manage assigned social media accounts.
Produce recruiting videos for athletics teams.
Serve as leader for individual team’s Creative Team’s student workers
Maintain video archives of Campbell's teams.
Institutional Marketing Support (Secondary):
Partner with University Marketing & Communications to create content that supports institutional priorities, including brand awareness, enrollment, and alumni engagement initiatives.
Assist with the creation of content for institutional campaigns, recruitment marketing, and major University events.
Ensure consistency in messaging and brand standards across both athletics and institutional platforms.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Uphold and abide by Campbell University policies and procedures, including but not limited to Title IX, and Information Security, including but not limited to; HIPAA, FERPA and other state and federal mandates
