We are seeking an organized and dedicated individual to join our field hockey program to oversee both away trip logistics and day-to-day operations. The Operations Coordinator for Field Hockey coordinates with hotels, buses, and opposing teams to gather information to make complete itineraries for the team. | | Essential Duties |
- Create itineraries for travel trips - Coordinate with hotels for overnights - Ensure bus pick up locations, times, and dates - Coordinate with opponents to clarify game day details - Break down film as coaching staff sees fit for team’s success | | Secondary Responsibilities |

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. - Competent in Hudl Sportscode. - Demonstrated understanding of Field Hockey. - High comfort level in using technology in order to complete tasks assigned. - Knowledge of and commitment to the mission of La Salle University. | | Preferred Qualifications |
- Previous experience coaching and/or playing. - Previous experience working in an Athletics department. | | Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours |
