The Coordinator of Athletics Facilities & Game Operations is responsible for overseeing athletic facility maintenance, game day logistics, and event setup on the West Campus, with routine support for the East Campus. This role ensures that athletic facilities are properly maintained and prepared for competitions, practices, and rentals while assisting with the execution of game day operations and student worker management. This position serves as the liaison to Auxiliary Services for external facility rentals and tailgating operations while ensuring that athletic events run smoothly.

Facility Scheduling and Management:

Manage tailgating logistics for ASU football season, including:
Seek ways to enhance revenue generation through facility rentals and vendor partnerships.

Staff Supervision :
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required for events.
A degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
Coaching, intramurals and/or other relevant experience
3-5 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education
CPR/First Aid Certification.
Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
Knowledge of sporting event set-up and tear-down.
Knowledge of custodial equipment and procedures.
Good problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other general office equipment.
Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
