The Coordinator for Success Through Well-Being (CSTWB) reports to the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Success Through Well-Being. The CSTWB will play a critical role supporting the day-to-day operations of the Success Through Well-Being team. The CSTWB will have both administrative and student facing responsibilities, and will support the STWB team in communicating with key stakeholders.

The CSTWB will contribute to the maintenance of good working relationships with all members of the department and University community.
The CSTWB shall exhibit the highest professional standards and ethical behavior with adherence to NCAA, Council of Ivy League Presidents, University, and the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and Physical Education rules and regulations.
Success Through Well-Being includes the areas of Columbia Athletics Enrichment Services and Championship Performance. Enrichment Services includes NCAA academic progress, academic enhancement programming, academic support advising, tutoring, career development, and well-being. Championship Performance includes mental performance and sports nutrition.
