The Coordinator / Creative Design will work to enhance and promote the Athletic Department's brand through production of effective visual content, including printed publications and digital applications, directed at key audiences. Individual will work under the supervision of the Director / Creative Design to support the priorities of Athletics External Relations with consideration for promoting brand development, recognition and affinity.

Demonstrated ability to produce creative, effective visuals for a wide variety of mediums, under pressure of deadlines.
Proven ability to multi-task effectively, prioritize assignments and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of graphic design, photography, illustration, incorporation of video and multimedia elements into projects.
Comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro).
Commitment to diversity.
Ability and willingness to learn new skills as industry evolves.
Must be willing to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree and/or a bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience working In Intercollegiate and/or professional athletics (internship and/or full-time). Illustration and animation skills.
Photography skills.
