Job Description

As the Coordinator of Athletic Business Operations, you will need to think creatively and be comfortable monitoring budget deposits and expenditures. You will be an active member of the Athletics team and will work closely with the Athletic Director to generate game contracts and coordinate the assignment of officials. You will thrive in this role if you like combining your intercollegiate athletics experience and your problem-solving skills while serving as the department liaison to Housing and Residence Life, the Business Office, and Student Activities Association. To be successful in this role, you must maintain positive relationships with all coaches, have meticulous attention to detail, and have clear and concise communication skills.

Your normal hours will be Monday to Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm but evening, weekend and some overnight work may be required based on the needs of the business. When our team shows up for work, they are energized and motivated to succeed - all while being the most crucial piece to keeping the ESU operations humming.
