The Role:
This position manages the operation and maintenance of the athletic equipment and apparel, athletic game operations, and athletic facilities. The Manager responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating the operations of the athletics equipment room, NCAA intercollegiate athletic events, and athletic shared and controlled spaces. This position maintains athletic department equipment inventory, coordinates shared space usage, and coordinates receivables and returns for the department.

Supervisor Duties:
- Actively engages in recruitment and hiring new employees;

Salary : This position is based on the range 38 of the Washington State Classification Listing, which has a minimum annual salary of $41,004 and maximum annual salary of $54,504. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
Schedule/Appointment : Flexible / 40 hours a week
Working Conditions : This position mainly works indoors but will occasionally be required to work at outdoors at athletic events. This position has a flexible schedule with some evening and weekend work. Occasional overtime is required.
