What you will do:

• Maintains a high degree of business ethics and integrity and set examples for same for employees in all business dealings.

• Liaison with procurement and accounting on day-to-day business operations tasks.

• Assists in the creation and implementation of athletic business department policies and procedures.

• Process stipends for contract work with payroll and accounts payable.

• Process vendor setups and renewals with procurement.

• Process purchase orders with procurement.

• Prepares check requests and coordinates with accounts payable.

• Assist with per diem and host money requests.

• Assist with budget reports.

• Assist with the budget planning process.

• Assist with purchasing card processes and procedures.

• Other duties as assigned to support the general operations of Business Office.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution required.

• Two years’ experience in athletic administration at the university level is preferred but not required.

• An equivalent combination of work experience and education may be substituted, upon hiring manager’s approval.

• Must successfully pass a background check.

• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.
