Set-up and execute operations of all home athletic events 35%
Assist with oversight and managing of concessions 20%
General facility maintenance and cleaning 30%
Motor Pool 5%
Commitment to Compliance 10%
Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Additional Required Certifications, Licensures, and Certificates
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Set-up facilities for athletic events, practices and outside events
|
| Essential Tasks |
- Consult with coaches and Director of Facilities and Event Operations to prepare for athletic competition and practices.
- This position will be the direct contact person for outside groups in to confirming setup needs for the event and then carrying out those requests.
- Specific knowledge directly associated with NCAA rules and regulations.
- Work directly with coaches and staff to assist the Director of Facilities and Event Operations with scheduling venues.

- Order product, inventory, maintain quality control of product, follow the guidelines and regulations of Guilford County Health Codes.
- Ability to operate all concessions while managing close out of concessions as well.
