Coordinator of Player Personnel
Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):
Bachelor’s degree (foreign equivalent or higher). One (1) year of full time college-level administrative or coaching experience in the sport of football (student experience may be considered).
Preferred Qualifications:|
Master’s degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Understanding of NCAA Compliance Rules (played a Division I, II or III sport, coached in collegiate athletics or as a staff member in a collegiate athletic program). Previous experience with a Division I Athletic Program.
Brief Descriptions of Duties:
The Coordinator of Player Personnel is responsible for helping with a variety of administrative tasks and player relations associated with the efficient operation of a Division I football program. This position will report directly to the Head Football Coach and will be the primary liaison with various athletic department staff members. They will be responsible for assisting in coordinating the administrative side of the recruiting process, including database management and film evaluations. They will also assist with current player personnel matters, NCAA Compliance and Official Visit planning. This person will serve as a contact to various Athletic Department support areas and professional scouting personnel.

Special Notes:
This is a full-time appointment. FLSA Non Exempt position, eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA.
In addition to the employee's base salary, this position is eligible for $3,400 UUP annual location pay, paid biweekly.
Evening and weekend work will be required at times.
