Assist in organizing, planning, and executing all visit needs under the direction of the General Manager and Director of On-Campus Recruiting: scheduling, planning, booking, organizing, communicating, itineraries sent to recruits, schedules for coaches, support staff involvement in visits.
Responsible for all Assistant Football Coaches' travel for Evaluations and Contacts, as well as all prospect travel for official visits. Work with Shorts Travel and University Business / Procurement office to secure the following: commercial flights, charter flights, rental cars, hotels, and per diem.
Managing all P-Card receipts and Purchase Orders Invoices of Assistant Coaches Travel by adequately tracking and reporting all spending in Concur in conjunction with the business office to process invoices. Assist with management of visit/recruiting spending with Director of On-Campus - Budget spending and compare costs to ensure we stay within the yearly recruiting budget. Maintain expenses on spreadsheet / Google Docs as they occur in real-time to properly monitor categorical spending and trends.
Oversee the ordering and receiving of recruiting supplies for the staff, football golf cart fleet, and maintenance. Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree and four years of experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and eight years of experience.(Note: post-high school education may substitute for experience at the equivalent rate.)
Experience in making travel arrangements (to include flights, car rentals, hotel) and processing travel reimbursements.
Must be able to prioritize and multitask.
Experience with college level recruiting.
Experience working with athletics coaches and staff.
