The Data Analyst will support the `Cuse Athletics Fund’s Data and Analytics strategy and execution within
CRM
platforms, database development, and usage as well as all revenue generation analytics. The role will be focused on improving constituent engagement while developing our data and analytics strategy by providing actionable insights. The incumbent will collaborate with university advancement and athletics colleagues to document and define overarching business objectives, and support the organization of marketing campaigns while providing real-time reporting on campaign progress and major as well as annual gift fundraising performance metrics. The Data Analyst will conduct a fill lifecycle of activities to include requirements analysis and design, develop data insights and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements to the overall data ecosystem.
Bachelor’s degree with three (3) plus years of experience. Any degrees in combinations with experience in collegiate athletics.
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
Demonstrated proficiency in math, statistics, economics, engineering or a related field.
Direct experience working in college athletics, university advancement or professional organizations.
Master’s degree or advanced education.
Experience with business process mapping, evaluation and redesign.
Experience that demonstrates a knowledge around sales and service, preferably in the sports industry and also, with email marketing platforms.
Serve as a primary point of contact for all
CRM
systems including but not limited to Data Insights, Blackbaud.
Manage the relationship between the athletic development team and the university advancement Data and Analytics team.
Support all data and analytics management for the `Cuse Athletics Fund.
Automate web form processes for lead generation/creation, data acquisition, and notifications
