This is a fixed term position beginning on/around July 1, 2025 and concluding April 30, 2026.
Job Description
Essential Functions:
Assist in donor acquisition and qualification calls with prospects through leads assembled via targeted micro-campaigns.
Effectively engage potential donors, building rapport and identifying their philanthropic interests.
Achieve a delivery goal of 25, $50,000 proposals for the fiscal year; develop proposals tailored to individual donor interests.
Prepare meeting materials for development team members, partners, and donors.
Create prospect lists and gift tables for fundraising projects throughout the year, utilizing research and data analysis to identify potential donors
Assist in the strategic planning of fundraising initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Bachelors Degree
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva
Ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to organize workflow, manage resources, and coordinate activities
Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing; strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with all members of a diverse community to manage a variety of tasks and projects with follow through and completion in a timely manner.
