Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years related experience within collegiate athletics, or a Master’s degree and two (2) years of related experience within collegiate athletics is required. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Will require work beyond normal schedule including nights, weekends, some holidays and travel.

Job Duties

Work in collaboration with Assistant Athletic Director to form strategic direction of Memphis Athletic Fund (MAF), specifically related to membership, revenue growth initiatives, and gift processing oversight.

Serve as executive director of the student-athlete alumni club (M-Club), overseeing all letter winner relations.

| Duties & Responsibilities |
Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects to maximize donations through Tiger Leadership Circle solicitations, focusing on six-figure gifts.

| Duties & Responsibilities |
Regularly attend home athletic events to serve as an ambassador of the Memphis Athletic Fund maintain sufficient knowledge of sports programs, and increase visibility with donors, prospects, volunteers, coaches, and student-athletes.

Assist with Sport Specific giving, in particular the Dream Team and First Team solicitations, distribution of benefits and stewardship.
