Director of Athletic Events & Facilities

Location: Liberty, MO, 64068

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Athletic Events & Facilities to oversee all aspects of athletic events and facilities at our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports management, event planning, and facility operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all athletic events, including games, tournaments, and special events
  • Manage and maintain all athletic facilities, including fields, courts, and equipment
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the use of athletic facilities
  • Collaborate with coaches, staff, and external partners to ensure successful events
  • Oversee the scheduling of events and facilities to maximize usage and revenue
  • Manage a team of staff members responsible for event setup, maintenance, and operations
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
