Job Description

Provide administrative and operational assistance to Head Coach in training student athletes who participate in the University sports program.

  1. Assist in event scheduling, travel arrangements, budget, home event management, facility use as directed

  2. Direct all aspects of game filming, post-game highlight video and the film exchange process.

  3. Supervise study hall and weight room as needed.

  4. Direct camp and clinic activities.

  5. Monitor initial and continuing academic eligibility.

  6. Project a positive image of LMU Athletics and the University with the LMU and the extended community.

  7. Assist with fundraising, marketing, and promotional activities as required/directed.

  8. Develop and establish a community involvement.

  9. Participate in public relations activities.

  10. Participate in LMU Summer Camp program as appropriate.

  11. Provide leadership to the Athletic Department by encouraging support of Athletic programs and actively supporting teams with attendance at events.

  12.  Represent LMU within Athletic community and at professional organizations or associations, serve on committees as required.

  13.  Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
