Position Summary

Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Director of Basketball Operations for Women’s Basketball.The candidate would be expected to: assist the Head Coach in all areas of the operations of women’s basketball, video, technology, and administration; Direct supervision of team managers and practice players, weekly student-athlete academic and well-being check-in meetings, oversee study hall, attendance at all practices, assist in on-campus recruiting, and be the liaison to the equipment manager for team apparel.This is an in-person, on-campus; non-remote position.A full list of job duties is available at http://jobs.monmouth.edu.
