This position manages day-to-day compliance tasks and responsibilities, develops and implements rules education and staff training, monitors and enforces policies and procedures in compliance with NCAA rules. This position works closely with the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Internal Operations in the NCAA eligibility and certification processes, NIL landscape and submission of violations and waiver requests.

Minimum Required Education and Experience
Director of Compliance - Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field of study with minimum of 2 years of experience with an NCAA Division I compliance department.
Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance - Master’s degree and with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with an NCAA Division I compliance department.
Preferred Education and Experience
Working knowledge of ARMS or other compliance software, CAi, LSDBi, and Eligibility Center is preferred.
