The Director of Creative Recruiting Content serves as the primary architect for the Women’s Basketball program’s visual brand and recruiting identity. This role is responsible for the strategic development and execution of an annual programmatic aesthetics plan, ensuring a consistent and elite brand presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Content Production: Lead the creation, capture, and publication of high-impact photography and trend-driven short-form video content for social media and recruiting.

Social Media Management: Grow audience engagement by managing team accounts with innovative, platform-specific content that resonates with fans and prospects.
Brand Leadership: Manage the year-round aesthetics plan for the program, supporting the Head Coach’s vision and staff needs to maintain a premier competitive image.
Professional Compliance: Foster positive relationships across the university and community while maintaining a strict commitment to NCAA, Big Ten, and University compliance and academic standards.

Physical Demands:
This position requires working during evenings and weekends, which are considered non-standard work hours. While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee operates a computer and other office devices such as telephones, copy machines, fax machines, etc.; Constantly moves about the facility and event site before, during and after events to service clients; and constantly communicates via telephone, email and in person with others to exchange accurate information. Standing, walking, kneeling/crouching, balancing, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
Preferences:
Experience working within a fast-paced, high-volume educational or collegiate institution.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience : Knowledge of and commitment to compliance with all NCAA, Big Ten Conference, and university rules and regulations, as well as dedication to the full academic development of student-athletes. Strong communication, organization, and administrative skills.
