Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations, organization and flow of the football program; developing the yearly master calendar; scheduling team events; managing team communications; serving as the day-to-day liaison to compliance, media relations, HuskerVision, and facility maintenance; organizing team travel; responsible for the budget process; and serving as the football camp and clinic liaison to the athletic department. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion. Bachelor’s degree with two (2) years’ experience in Football Operations at NCAA FBS or FCS institution. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and management skills.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Football Operations at FBS institutions.
