Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; Master’s degree preferred
1-3 years of Athletic Marketing, digital engagement, advertising and/or data analytics experience.
Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
Computer Applications: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
Knowledge and understanding of marketing, branding, and revenue generation
Ability to communicate with diverse audiences in a way they can and will effectively steward and advance the Athletic Department.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to operate a departmental budget within allocated resources
Ability to supervise personnel through previous leadership experience
Thorough knowledge and understanding of NCAA DI rules, practices, policies, philosophy and procedures.
Willingness to learn and passionate about the customer experience
Ability to present a professional demeanor while delivering a high level of internal and external customer service.
Ability to work evenings and weekends to meet the business needs of the unit.
Ability to write proposals and scripts and the ability to describe ideas, and/or plans clearly and effectively in written format.
Ability to perform multiple tasks and responsibilities in an efficient manner.
