Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, from an accredited institution of higher education, or FOUR (4) or more years of work experience coaching, NCAA Division I experience is preferred. A successful record of recruiting NCAA Division I student-athletes is preferred. This position, along with all coaches and staff, is responsible for the integrity of our intercollegiate athletics program and for the reputation of our university. Candidate must possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact with a large variety of constituents.
Preferred Qualifications
Compensation: This appointment is a full-time position and is paid monthly. The salary range for this classification is $7,830–$12,771, in accordance with the CSU Unit 3 salary schedule.
Anticipated Hiring Range: $7,830-$8,333 monthly. Actual salary is commensurate with education and experience.
