What You Will Do

  • Designs and implements the strength and conditioning programs for men's basketball, and men's and women's cross country.
  • Works with student-athletes individually to provide regular assessments and monitoring of conditioning activity.
  • Assists in the operation, supervision, maintenance, and overall safety of the athletics department conditioning facilities.
  • Assists in communicating with coaches, student-athletes, and athletic trainers as to sport needs, goals, student-athlete compliance/attendance, and medical limitations.
  • Responsible for advising the strength, conditioning, and training coach and the Associate AD on equipment needs, safety concerns, and overall operations.
