The Director of On-Campus Recruiting and Operations Assistant position is heavily involved in Recruiting and Operations. This position maintains a database of prospective student-athletes, breaks down film of prospects and manages all visits, scholarships and paperwork for prospects coming to Troy. This position is critical to the Football Program. In light of the new
NCAA
transfer regulations, this position is a integral component of tracking transfers, working logistics on official visits and maintaining constant communication with them. This position also tracks all prospective student athletes as well as prepares and executes all documentation for PSAs to visit, enroll and attend Troy.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum of one year of playing experience or work experience for a two year or four year collegiate football program
Will this position require driving (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) in order to perform the job duties?
Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility
