Job Description:

USC Athletics is looking to hire a Director of Recruiting Operations to join our staff and student community of 600+ individuals. This role is charged with assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategies for football, student-athlete and recruiting operations. This incumbent will assist the USC Football program with carrying out the athletic department and football program’s mission to recruit and retain the best and brightest student-athletes for the University of Southern California.

This position is responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program, including adherence to all department policies and procedures, as well as rules and regulations of the university, conference, and the NCAA.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to collaborate and work together as part of a team.

  • Motivated, self-starter, with ability to work effectively and efficiently with project deadlines.

  • Proficiency in navigating and maintaining databases.

  • Ability to accurately read and understand written materials and instructions.

  • Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information.
