Responsible for developing, recommending, communicating, and implementing all operational aspects of the wrestling program. This includes but is not limited to: team travel, managing recruiting schedules, organizing team events, practice and training logistics, athlete support, purchasing equipment, budgeting, and serving as a liaison to a number of departments within Nebraska Athletics. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Bachelor’s degree plus one year work and/or playing experience in a wrestling environment. Extensive computer knowledge. Written and verbal communication skills needed. Must have a valid driver’s license and meet University driver eligibility requirements.
Division 1 work and/or playing experience in wrestling preferred. Ideal candidates will be proficient with Teamworks and other communication applications.
