Position Focus:
Reporting to the Head Basketball Coach and responsible for the day to day administrative duties of the entire varsity program. Oversee the day to day operations of the basketball program including travel coordination, meal planning, practice scheduling, and coaches recruiting schedules. Planning of all team event and functions such as alumni weekends, team banquets, and award ceremonies. Manage all aspects of recruiting coordination such as official visits, and appropriate paperwork filing. Develop and monitor the travel budget and recruiting budget. Plan and approve all budgetary decisions as it relates to team travel and coaches recruiting budgets. Plan and approve all unofficial and official visits for incoming PSA’s. Oversight of all social media for program.
Essential Duties
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor degree and two years demonstrated experience in a NCAA Varsity sport program. Must have proven experience coaching, recruiting, and utilizing video equipment. Demonstrated playing experience at the NCAA level, or an equivalent, necessary.
