1. Provide direction to student-athletes regarding their personal and professionaldevelopment while working directly with university’s staff members with NIL responsibilitiesto enhance brand development and NIL opportunities
2. Collaborate with student-athletes and University creative staff members to produce high-quality content to highlight personalities, achievements, and community involvement
3. Organize community outreach events, non-profit initiatives, and fan interactions to strengthen player connections within the university, the Nashville community, and beyond
4. Manage player appearance requests
5. Assist inmaintaining the continual growth of the Vanderbilt Women’s Basketball brand
6. Comply with NCAA and SEC rules and regulations
7. Complete all other tasks as assigned by the head coach and/or athletic administration

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is necessary.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Prior relevant experience is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary.
• Team Player is necessary.
