Position Summary :

The Stanford Softball program is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to serve as the Director of Recruiting, Technology, and Equipment. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting the coaching staff in on-field activities, managing recruiting operations, overseeing technological tools related to performance analysis, and coordinating equipment needs. The role also includes support for team events and special functions, working closely with the Director of Operations. This is a fixed-term position.


Key Responsibilities

On-Field Support

    • Assist coaching staff during practices and scrimmages by throwing batting practice and providing other on-field support as needed.
