member of the Mid-American Conference, is seeking applicants for a Director of Strength and Conditioning. Position is full-time with full benefit package. Salary is commensurate with experience.

The Director will assist with the leadership of the strength and conditioning staff who manage the

CMU

men’s and women’s sport programs. In addition, this position will be the primary strength coach for Football and will assist in test and evaluation of student-athletes’ physical performance for all sports. This position will collaborate closely with the Sr. Associate/Associate AD for Sports Performance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Football strength & conditioning experience at the Division I level of intercollegiate athletics.

Must have and maintain current certification through a nationally accredited strength and conditioning certification program.

The ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree.

At least five years strength & conditioning experience at the collegiate and/or professional level.
