The University of Mount Olive has an immediate opening for a full-time administrative position, Director of Student-Athlete Development.

Responsibilities include:

Planning and execution of life skill programs, including career and personal development, to meet the needs of all student-athletes. Oversee community outreach; serve as an advisor for the Student-Athlete Advisor Committee (SAAC) and the Odyssey Leadership program; and coordinate department-wide study table program for student-athletes. The Director of Student-Athlete Development is a 12-month full-time position (August 1-July 31).

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred); experience working with students in athletics or a related field preferably at the college level.
