Job Summary:

The Director of Volleyball Operations is responsible for supporting the TCU Volleyball program by coordinating and implementing all operational, logistical and technical efforts, and assist in recruiting coordinator functions.

Duties & Essential Job Functions:

  1. Coordinates team travel by planning and executing all transportation, lodging, securing travel advances and assisting with team needs before, during, and following up with team travel, recruiting travel and general travel.
  2. Promotes TCU Volleyball by acting as a liaison with the business office, marketing department, compliance, Frog Club/Sideout Club, facilities, Life Skills/Community Service/Public Relations, and ticket office in meeting goals; providing information and assistance in projects relative to volleyball.
  3. Acts as liaison with and must be proficient in all team organizational and technical software, including but not limited to: TeamWorks, JumpForward, DataVolley, DataVideo, Scoutware, Canva, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
  4. Implements player/coaches calendar of events by monitoring university schedule/athletic department schedule and Indoor Volleyball schedules.
  5. Manages all aspects of Video Exchange for Indoor Volleyball.
  6. Represents the TCU Volleyball program by acting as a liaison for all administrative meetings involving volleyball when necessary.
  7. Assists in recruiting coordination functions as allowed by the NCAA.
  8. Manages matriculation of TCU Volleyball student-athletes as allowed by NCAA.
  9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
