Job Description

Position Function:

Conduct day-to-day operations of the Mississippi State University Women’s Basketball Office, working with the Head Coach and Assistant Coaches.

Salary Grade : 15

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for arranging all travel, hotels, buses, and meals for home and away games.
  2. Assist with mass mail-outs; organize sophomore recruiting list; respond to recruiting letters and Head Coach’s mail.
  3. Responsible for monitoring attendance of players at required meals.
  4. Organize video exchange and assist with analysis of opponents.
  5. Work with Head Coach in the scheduling of non-conference opponents.
  6. Monitor and record team workouts, strength and conditioning sessions and practices.
  7. Organize and coordinate scrimmage team.
