Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of relevant experience. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

The department is especially interested in candidates with recruiting experience within a Division 1 football program.
Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
This position may require work beyond the normal schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge of nonlinear editing techniques and equipment required. Must be both Mac and PC proficient.
Experience in either game analysis or video breakdown preferred.

Facilitate Official Visit Weekends for Football Prospective Student Athletes:
Organize group meals, event space, and hotel accommodations.
Coordinate travel and transportation for parents and prospects.
Assign student hosts and create detailed itineraries.
Track on-campus visits for compliance and keep coaches and staff informed.

Manage Recruit Relationships:
Serve as the primary contact for parents regarding game tickets and hotel referrals.
Track and notify coaches and staff of top recruits’ life events.
Assist coaches in communication efforts to top recruits throughout the season.

Liaison for Academic Issues :
Lead the pre-certification process for all recruits.
Maintain communication with the NCAA Eligibility Center and NCAA Clearinghouse.
Manage academic records and request transcripts for certification and eligibility working collaboratively with the Center for Athletic Academic Services (CAAS) and other appropriate Athletics and University areas.

Arrange tickets, meals, and seating for recruits and their families during game days.
Organize halftime events and ensure a seamless experience in conjunction with the Athletics Game-Day presentation team.
