is looking for a dynamic individual to lead the academic support services for student athletes. This individual would be the Director of the Student Athlete Success Center and be responsible for the organization, implementation, and evaluation of academic support programming, advising, mentoring and academic progress monitoring for

student athletes. This includes evaluation of academic risk/need, administration and supervision of structured one-on-one and small group academic support sessions, academic advising, preparing and analyzing reports, participate in
NCAA
continuing eligibility/athletics certification in partnership with Athletics compliance and the office of the Registrar, leading and participating in meetings with coaching staff and administration, participation in university committees and meetings as assigned and other administrative responsibilities in support of the Student Athlete Success Center staff and mission. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with campus partners in the Academic & Career Planning Center, Admissions, Registrar, and faculty and staff is essential. The Director is responsible for providing overall supervision and oversight of Student Athlete Success Center staff and graduate assistants.
