The Esports Graduate Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Esports Coordinator in the areas of recruiting, practice, game planning, workouts, Streaming and Broadcasting, and VOD. Additionally, this position will mentor student-athletes in the areas of academics, athletics, and personal development.
20 hours per week to satisfy Graduate Assistantship terms.

Job Duties
| Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
- Assist in the supervision, and evaluate student staff of the Esports Lab.
- Recruit prospective students for Esports teams.
- Assist in the oversight of varsity Esports teams.
- Manage varsity Esports practices, game schedules, and special events.
- Review league and tournament documents to ensure program and broadcast/ stream compliance.
- Assist students with streaming software and broadcast equipment.
- Maintain public accounts on multiple social media outlets, Discord, Twitch, and other associated gaming apps.
- Assist in the oversight of digital content.
- Execute Esports marketing and outreach to prospective students and parents.
- Maintain Twitch and YouTube channels/VODs.
- Maintain accurate statistical records related to participation, budget, and equipment inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
