The Executive Administrative Associate is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Head Football Coach, along with managing the football daily office operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Education & Experience
Required Qualifications:
High School/GED.
Three years of administrative support experience, preferred experience of administrative support to a director level or above required.
Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
*Ability to interpret, understand and implement various policies, procedures and regulations as they pertain to major responsibilities.
*Interpersonal and communication skills.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks.
*Excellent management and organizations skills.
*Proficiency with various computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Three years of executive support experience in Division I Athletics.
