Assist with managing facility operations in relations to athletic and special events at university facilities. Help with managing the seamless execution of events by preparing and setting up facilities, addressing logistical needs, and maintaining operational standards. Serve as an event support resource for athletic functions, fostering an environment that promotes safety, efficiency, and excellence. Responsibilities with various facilities, capital planning, grounds, and projects associated with Nebraska Athletics. Will be required to work some evening and weekend events. This up to 2-year temporary position includes vacation and sick leave and is also eligible for health, dental and other insurance.

High school or equivalent experience plus 1 year of facilities or event management experience; equivalent education/ experience considered. Proficiency in basic maintenance and repair tasks. Strong organizational and communication abilities. Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment operation.
Experience in collegiate athletic event operations. Facilities management experience in college/university setting. General knowledge of facilities software FMX.
