Position Summary:

To provide analytical insights and strategic recommendations to optimize team performance and enhance decision-making processes. To conduct in-depth analysis of football games, players and teams to effectively communicate findings to various stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts in-depth analysis of football games, players and teams along with analytical tools to support coaches
• Develops and maintains models to evaluate player performance, team strategies and match outcomes
• Collaborates with coaching staff and management to identify key performance indicators and assist in developing data-driven strategies to improve team performance.
• Assists coaches and analysts with logistics of academic and athletic department functions
• Provides real-time insights and tactical recommendation during and after games to coaching staff and players.
• Assists in the development and implementation of scouting strategies to identify potential athletes and transfer targets and assists in assessing their suitability for the team
• Stays updated on the latest trends and advancements in football analytics and contributes to continuous improvements of processes in this area.

Salary Range: $45,395 - $64,000

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
