Job Description

Job Summary:  This is a pool position that will be used for hiring football assistants to assist the full-time coaches. Hires may perform all, some or only 1 of the functions listed.

Essential Functions:   

  May assist full-time football coaches in recruiting evaluations and organization of recruiting events on campus.

  May evaluate opponent game film weekly to assist full-time coaches in weekly game film preparation during the football season.

  May assist full-time staff in organization of off-season program and its execution of morning speed agility and quickness drills.

  May be responsible for assigned class checks.

Education:  Bachelor’s degree required

Experience:  Requires minimum of 1 year experience working as a student assistant and/or graduate assistant coach at the college level. Employee must be knowledgeable of NCAA and MAC rules and regulations.
