Job Summary
The Football Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach will work with others as a member of the Athletic Health and Performance team for BYU Football under the direction of Director of Football Strength & Conditioning. The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach helps with the implementation and supervision of athletic assessments, as well as the development of strength, speed, and conditioning programs of BYU football student-athletes. Additionally, the assistant will help to manage the development of interns, budget, and the facility and its equipment.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience working with athletes, coaches, and interdisciplinary health and performance teams. This person must have excellent communication skills and must able to collaborate and work well with others within the health and performance team, including athletic trainers, physical therapists, sport scientists, physicians, sport nutritionists, and sport coaches. A well-rounded and adaptable individual with high-level experience in advanced strength training, velocity-based training, speed training, and conditioning concepts is ideal for this role.
