Responsibilities:

Under the general supervision of the Head Football Strength & Conditioning Coach, act as a Coach for the Division's Strength & Conditioning Program in accordance with NCAA, Big Ten, and University regulations.

Areas of responsibility include:
- Leading the strength and conditioning drills
- Teaching weight lifting and conditioning techniques
- Managing the safety and maintenance of the weight room area
- Development and implementation of warmup and cool down protocols
- Computerized data entry and tracking of student-athlete workouts
- Supervision of student employees
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Football Strength & Conditioning

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Required. Prior collegiate coaching experience preferred. Other qualifications include the ability to work cooperatively with diverse groups and administrators, faculty, staff and students. The successful applicant must be able develop and implement innovative approaches and solutions; work well independently and in teams; and be flexible in accepting new responsibilities.
