Description
This position will assist the Head Football Coach in the conduct of the men's intercollegiate football program. The Coach will be responsible for the recruitment, retention, academic, and personal development of the student athletes. The Coach mush be capable of filling in the for the Head Coach when necessary and be aware of the rules and regulations of the University, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and the appropriate playing conferences.

Description

The Coach mush be capable of filling in the for the Head Coach when necessary and be aware of the rules and regulations of the University, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and the appropriate playing conferences.
Position Duties
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, this position has been designated as a Campus Security Authority (CSA). CSAs are individuals at the University who, because of their function at the University, have an obligation under the Clery Act to notify the University of alleged Clery Crimes that are reported to them in good faith, or alleged Clery Crimes that they may personally witness. CSAs will be required to complete training with respect to the Clery Act and the responsibilities of a CSA.
Supervision Exercised
Will supervise student-athletes, other assistant coaches, work-study student trainers, and work-study student managers.
Position Qualifications
Work Hours
Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; evening and weekend availability required. Must be flexible regarding schedule; meetings, practices, games, and recruiting all take place on different days/times of the week.
