Assist with the daily performance needs, nutrition program and nutrition operations for football. Collaborate with football dietitians to communicate nutrition concerns and priorities. Assist with coordination of game day meals and game day pre- and half-time fueling.
Perform body composition testing and evaluate results, discuss results with football dietitians in order to provide optimal care for student-athletes. Execute and communicate hydration testing results to staff and student-athletes, implement hydration protocol with student-athletes. Counsel and educate football student-athletes on performance nutrition.
Conduct hiring, on-boarding, education and scheduling for nutrition students and volunteers.
The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion. Ability to work a non-standard work week which may include nights, weekends, and holidays, travel if needed with teams.
