Manages team scheduling, travel logistics, budget and maintenance, and monitoring of compliance and athlete eligibility for an intercollegiate athletics program to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the program. Apply Now

- 10% Monitors student-athlete academic eligibility and status to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations - 45% Evaluates existing strategies, policies, and procedures and makes recommendations to unit leadership for program enhancement; ensures compliance with existing requirements - 25% Schedules logistics, secures resources, and finalizes team scheduling of facilities and travel for games, practices, camps, clinics, and special events - 5% Manages the unit or program budget - 15% May travel with assigned team to ensure compliance with applicable state and university rules

Education:

Required
Bachelor's Degree

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in collegiate athletics

Knowledge and Skills:
* Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints.
* Must be knowledgeable of rules and regulations of the Big Ten and NCAA.
* Proven strong organizational skills.
* Effective oral and written communication.
* Strong problem solving skills.
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Work Type:

Full Time: 100%

It is anticipated this position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location.

Salary:

Minimum $63,800 ANNUAL (12 months)

Additional Information:

Conditions of Appointment: This is a 100% Academic Staff appointment. Salary will be assigned within the appropriate range, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also included.
