The Football Sports Science Assistant Coordinator is responsible for directing a data informed approach to enhance student-athlete health and performance. This individual will oversee the football student-athlete recovery area as well as coordination of all outside consultants. Collaborates to guide students’ performance and health by collecting and analyzing applicable tracking data, researches and implements new technologies to advance student performance and maintains related equipment.

Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Sport Science Kinesiology or related field and 2 years of experience in Collegiate or Professional sports. Ability to develop projects in R studio. Ability to effectively communicate data to performance staff and student-athletes.

Experience with building forms/dashboards in Smartabase Athlete Management System.
