Job Description
The Ohio State University is seeking a seasonal staff member to provide support in the execution of game day responsibilities, athletic event performances, and special appearances. This role works closely with the Head Cheer Coach and in collaboration with Athletics Marketing, and other members of the Spirit Program—including Dance and Mascot—to ensure a unified and impactful presence at games and events. Non-traditional work hours are required.

Support the Cheer Team at athletic events by assisting in the preparation, setup, and execution of game day performances including sideline material and timing. Attend team practices occasionally to stay informed on current material, formations, and logistics to ensure readiness and alignment for upcoming events. Support Head Coach in other duties as assigned

Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two or more years of experience in collegiate cheerleading, including game day experience. Familiarity with cheer technique, tumbling, and sideline performance.
